Relevant to: Event Lead Management
Once lead data has been synced to an Event in the dashboard, navigate to the Statistics tab to view key performance data. The data available includes:
- The number of leads collected in the Event
- The number of leads collected by individual team members
- The number of leads collected each day
- Delivery and basic engagement with follow-up emails (if set up on the Event)
The Statistics tab is only available for Events that contain lead data. |
Viewing the Event Statistics
In the Events dashboard, open an Event and click on Statistics.
This table provides an outline of the data displayed in the Statistics page:
Statistics | Description |
Data Captured | Displays the count of unique leads (ie. not including those flagged as duplicates) and the total number of leads. |
Records Collected by Team Member | Displays the total number of leads collected by each team member in graph format. |
Records Collected by Day | Displays the total number of leads collected each day in graph format. |
Emails Sent | Displays the count of follow-up email opens, clicks and bounces (if set up for the Event). |
