Customize the look of your Event form to create a consistent on-brand appearance on the show floor, while adhering to your corporate brand guidelines. There are a number of ways you can change the appearance of your Event form including applying specific color themes and branding imagery.

Customizing an Event form
Create or Edit an Event and navigate to the Form Builder.
Apply your corporate colors
There are a number of preset colour styles that you can use to change the appearance of Event forms.
To create a professional-looking form that uses your corporate brand colors, you can add specific hex code(s) to the color palette.
1. In the Form Builder, click Customise Colours.
2. In the Theme Colours modal, add a hex code to the Main Form Colour and specify if you would like to use a light or dark background.
The available options in the Theme Colours modal include:
Options | Description |
Main Form Colour | Add your brand main hex code. |
Background | Choose from Light or Dark. |
Advanced Options |
Presents more customization options for form components including font, buttons and toolbars. |
Revert Colours | Make as many changes to the style of your form and have the ability to revert back to your original style. |
Set as Default | If you create a style that you would like to use for future forms, save time and set it as a default style. |
How to find your hex code(s)
Consult your company's brand guidelines to find the official hex code. Alternatively, you can locate specific colors from logos or images with browser tools or software like Photoshop to find out hex codes:

If you can’t view the text on your form in the mobile app, check that your Main Form Colour and Font Colour are not the same. These can be changed in the Advanced Options. |
Adjust the question spacing
Use the field spacing options to define how your questions will be spaced in the mobile app. If you have a long Event form, the closer spacing option is ideal to reduce the amount scrolling for your field team.
Add a branding image
Using branding images in your form will reinforce your branding and make it visually engaging to delegates, customers and attendees.
1. To do this, click on Add a branding image.
2. Select from one of the three options: No branding image, Full branding page or Branding banner.
Options | Description |
No branding image | The Event form will only include the title and fields. |
Full branding page |
The Event form will have a full page 'screensaver' that is displayed before the form. This is ideal for devices that are being presented in kiosk stands for self-serve users.

The Event form will display your logo or image at the top of the form, above the question fields as a banner.

All images uploaded will be saved to your account for future use on your forms. |
Be sure to click Save & Finish to ensure your changes are saved to the Event form. |
