It is important to remind your team to sync all devices after data has been collected at an event. If a device is not synced, the data collected on that specific device will not appear in the dashboard. View more about syncing devices and data.
Editing data in the dashboard
You have the ability to edit records that have already been submitted, and are also able to view the full history of the edits that were made to records.
To edit an existing record, go into the record within the appropriate event and click the "Edit Record" button on the top-left. This will allow you to modify any of the fields that have already been entered. Once you're done, you can either save or discard changes by clicking the appropriate option in the top-left.
Records with revisions will have a file drawer icon next to the "Status" column. You can view the revisions by going into the record and selecting the version via the dropdown on the top-right. If you have any integrations set up, such as HubSpot, any time there is a new version of the record, that version will be pushed through to the connected service.
Export data as an Excel spreadsheet or a CSV file from the dashboard. You can then upload this into a CRM (unless your account has an Akkroo integration set up, in which case it will go through automatically). Data will always be in the dashboard, even when events are archived, but it is best to export data soon after the event. View how to export and download data from an event.
After an event has finished and data has been exported, archive the event so that it no longer appears in the Event List within the app. It stops confusion and is a good routine to get into. View more about archiving events and other dashboard actions.
