Webinar lead data flow
Webinar leads flow through three systems. Leads are captured by your BrightTALK Channel and sent to the Demand Acceleration Platform where they are checked against acceptance criteria. From there, lead data is posted out to your integrated Marketing Automation or CRM system.

Getting started with Webinar Connectors
An overview of the process and workflow from initial connection to regular lead flow management, when using Webinar Connectors with the Demand Acceleration Platform.
1. Identify key webinar team members
Determine who on your team will be assigned to these roles:
- Webinar Power User(s) - They will be building your Webinar Campaigns & Sources within the Demand Acceleration Platform.
- BrightTALK Connector Admin - This team member must be the 'Owner' of the BrightTALK Channel, being a channel manager is not enough. Contact your BrightTALK account manager to confirm who the owner of the channel is, and if necessary, request that they change ownership.
- BrightTALK Note - There can only be 1 BrightTALK Channel Owner and this user must retain ownership with their credentials matching those added within the Integration Hub in step #3.

2. Enable Webinar Connector credentials
The Webinar Connector feature will be enabled for each of your key webinar team members in your Demand Acceleration Platform instance.

3. Connect your webinar platform to the Demand Acceleration Platform
The BrightTALK Channel Owner (BrightTALK) will connect your webinar platform in the Demand Acceleration Platform > Integration Hub.

If you need help with this step, speak with your Customer Success Manager.
BrightTALK can only support one integration at a time. If you have an existing integration with BrightTALK and another system, it will need to be disconnected before you proceed with connecting it to the Demand Acceleration Platform. |
4. Complete the setup in your webinar platform(s)
Webinar details must first be established within BrightTALK. Templates are available below to help collect those details.
5. Build your Webinar Campaigns & Sources in the Demand Acceleration Platform *
Your Webinar Power User(s) will use the details collected in the BrightTALK templates to complete the build in the Demand Acceleration Platform > Campaigns.

6. Begin promoting webinars in your webinar platform(s)
Begin promotions and start collecting leads in BrightTALK.
7. Manage your webinar lead flow *
Your Webinar Power User(s) will monitor live lead flow from webinar campaigns, through the Demand Acceleration Platform, into your Marketing Automation or CRM system.
