The Insights Dashboard delivers rich, real-time insight into the performance of your marketing campaign activities. Here you can access a global view of lead data* to make informed, data-driven decisions and effectively allocate budget. Use the in-app widgets, filters and selection tools to focus your view, identify trends and monitor the performance of your campaigns.
*Currently, the Insights Dashboard displays data from Content Syndication and Social Integrations activities (if applicable).
This is available to all users with a login to the Demand Acceleration Platform.

Viewing the Insights Dashboard
1. Login to the Demand Acceleration Platform and navigate to Insights.
2. Click on Dashboard to see an interactive view of your available channels data.
3. You can switch between Content Syndication and Social Integrations data by clicking on the dropdown option at the top right of the screen.
Data widgets and sections
The dashboard consists of widgets and sections, which you can interact with to customize the display of your data.
Widgets
Widgets are displayed at the top of the Insights Dashboard:
They consist of:
Widget | Description of the data |
Total Leads | The total number of leads processed within your Demand Acceleration Platform. |
Accepted Leads | The number of leads that currently exist with the status of Accepted. |
Rejected Leads | The number of leads that currently exist with the status of Rejected. |
Total Spend | The sum of the CPL for all Accepted leads (Content Syndication only). |
Protected Media | The sum of the CPL for Rejected leads (Content Syndication only). |
Sections
The rest of the dashboard consists of sections, which displays data in various graph formats.
Sections in the Insights Dashboard include:
Section | Description |
Leads by Month | The number of all leads (Accepted + Rejected) that have been uploaded to your platform, displayed by month. This data comes from the 'Updated Timestamp' of the lead. |
Accepted vs Rejected | Percentage comparison of Accepted and Rejected leads (Content Syndication only). |
Top Assets | Your top 10 assets downloaded by leads within the platform, pulls from the standard 'Asset Title' field. |
Top Accounts | The top 10 companies associated with leads within the platform, pulls from the standard 'Company Name' field. |
Company Size | Percentage representation of the various top company sizes that have leads in the platform. This displays groupings of more than 3% (Content Syndication only). |
Job Title | Percentage representation of the various top job titles that have leads in the platform. This displays groupings of more than 3%. |
Industry | Percentage representation of the various top industries that have leads in the platform. This displays groupings of more than 3% (Content Syndication only). |
Region | A map display of the top geographical location of leads in the platform, pulls from the lead's standard 'Country' field uploaded. Larger circles represented a higher number of leads. |
Filtering your data
You have a few options to efficiently filter your data and focus your view:
Filter by side panel
You can hide and display the side panel by clicking on the arrow tab.
In the filter options side panel, use the arrow expander button to view the options for each filter.
Click the pencil icon to select, exclude and search for filterable items. Click OK to confirm your settings.
Save your current filter selections as your default by clicking the options menu and selecting Set as My Default Filters.
To reset to the default filter settings, click the refresh button at the top right of the panel.
To customize the view of your filters, you can change the order by clicking and dragging each filter type.
To switch-off an active filter that's been set up, click the toggle button. The filter will go gray when it's been disabled.
Filter by left-click
Left-click on any graph bar or segment to filter the entire dashboard based on the data point clicked.
Example: Try left-clicking the 'Accepted Leads' piece of the graph. Note how the other widgets respond to filter by that status.![]() |
To clear a left-click selection, click Clear Selection at the top right of the widget.
Filter by right-click
Right-click on any data point to reveal a drill-down menu of more detailed performance metrics.
Example: Try right-clicking on your most popular asset and select 'Campaign'. Note how the widget changes to display a graph representing the campaigns where the asset generated leads.![]() |
To clear a right-click selection, click the X button at the top left of the widget.
Combine left and right-click selections to reveal customized information in real-time. |
Refreshing your data
Refresh the data displayed in widgets and sections by clicking the information (i) icon, then click the refresh button.
Downloading data
Download a screenshot of your widgets and sections or a CSV file of the data by clicking the options icon.
