Having created your Campaign, you can now add parameters such as Campaign details, qualifiers and restrictions in the General Settings tab.
The options here may differ according to which Campaign/Source type and channel you are using. For more detailed information, reference the specific channel section. |
Defining basic settings in the General Settings tab
In your Campaign or Source, click on General Settings.
The table below shows the data fields present in the General Settings tab:

Campaign Name | Required |
The name given to your Campaign when it was first created. This is editable on a Campaign level.

A text box where you can keep Campaign/Source related notes. This is editable.

Timezone | Required |
Select your timezone.

Date Range - Start Date | Auto-filled |
New Campaigns/Sources will default the Start Date to today's date. Cloned Campaigns/Sources will retain their original Start Date.

Date Range - End Date | Optional |
Check the box to add an End Date to your Campaign/Source. If it's not needed, recommend not defining an End Date to leave open ended.

Campaign Total Goal

Select one option |
Specifies a lead volume target for your entire Campaign. This is editable on a Campaign level.

Third Party IDs | Optional | Allows you to track any relevant Third Party IDs (eg. Contract ID) at a Campaign level. If you enter Third Party IDs here, they will be included in any Campaign or Source Reports you generate. |
Disqualifiers | Optional |
Add tags that would deem leads with specific parameters as unacceptable. This is editable and you can add multiple disqualifiers. Examples of tags include location, competitors, industries or job titles outside of your target audience.
