Relevant to: Demand Acceleration Platform | Social Integrations
Social metadata is system generated data that is collected from the originating social platform (LinkedIn or Facebook), which can be used for lead routing and tracking. Examples of social metadata include LinkedIn Lead ID, Campaign ID or Created Time fields.
Metadata is passed to the Demand Acceleration Platform as part of a lead, providing a detailed view of its history from the point of creation. It gives a documented trail of social leads and can be used to route accordingly in your Marketing Automation or CRM system.
