Create reports in the Demand Acceleration Platform to view lead data and insights about your activity across multiple Sources. There are six available report types to choose from and you can choose to download them in .xlsx or .csv format.
All reports are saved to your Reports page and can be downloaded immediately and/or scheduled for ongoing email delivery. This article outlines how to create a report by either starting from scratch or cloning an existing report.
Access to some report types may be restricted within a user's permissions. You can read more about permissions in User Management Settings. If you are unsure about your permissions, speak with our Support team or your Customer Success Manager. |

Creating a new report
1. In the Demand Acceleration Platform, navigate to Insights.
2. Click on Reports to view the list of existing reports in the account.
3. Click the New Report button.
4. In the New Report modal, add a name for the report and select the type of report (see table below for a descriptions and more information).

Access to these report types may be restricted within a user's permissions. You can read more about permissions in User Management Settings.
5. Click Create.
6. Select the Source(s) that you would like the report to pull data from; check the appropriate checkboxes. See Source Selection & Sidebars for more information about the filtering tools available.
7. Click the Settings button to view the available customization options for the report.
8. Select from the available options to customize the report. See Source Selection & Sidebars for more information about the tools available.
9. Click Save to finish creating the report.
Click Generate to receive an email of the report results, see Generating & Scheduling Reports for more information.
The report is now created and visible in the list of reports. Edits may be made at any time to impact future reports generated or scheduled.
Cloning a report
1. Locate the existing report you want to replicate in your Reports page.
2. Scroll horizontally to find the stoplight icon. Click and select Clone to open the Clone Report modal.
3. Customize the name of your report and click the Clone button to continue.
The type of report will remain locked and your new report will be created with the same Source selections and settings as the initial report. |
4. Make edits to complete the setup of your new report. See Source Selection & Sidebars for more information.
Schedules do not carry over and will need to be manually added to the new report. |
Click Save to finish creating the report.
Click Generate to receive an email of the report results, see Generating & Scheduling Reports for more information.
Deleting a report
On the report that you want to delete, scroll horizontally to find the stoplight icon and select Delete.
Deleting a report is permanent and cannot be recovered once deleted. Clicking the Delete button deletes the report instantly. |
Troubleshooting
Here are some common issues encountered and how to rectify them.
Problem | Action to take |
Can’t find a Source. |
Check your filters and/or search term to ensure you’re using the exact or partial Source Alias. Hit Enter to submit the search query. |
Want to change the name of a report. | Open the report and click on the name in the header. Changes will be saved when you click outside the box. |
Need to delete a report. |
Navigate to your Reports page, open the corresponding stoplight icon and click Delete. |
