Collecting leads at Virtual Events using Integrate’s Event Lead Management solution
With physical events currently on hold, you and your team may be sponsoring or exhibiting at more virtual tradeshows. Many of the virtual event platforms are offering very limited options when it comes to that all-important qualified lead capture process, often not much more than a basic spreadsheet of visitors to your ‘virtual booth’ a few days following the event.

Using Webforms at Virtual Events
When exhibiting at virtual events, it can be hard to network effectively, qualify leads, or have any control over what data you receive from the event organizer or when you receive it! However, Integrate is here to help.
Whenever you create an event lead capture form in Integrate, a web-based version of that form is automatically generated with a unique URL.
When you’re ready to capture a lead at your virtual booth, usually after a ‘live chat’, you can easily drop the URL into the conversation and ask the lead to complete the form – giving you complete control over the key information you’d like to capture, your qualifying questions and any opt-in or consent statements.
In the same way that forms to be used at physical events can be customized, our webforms can also be customized with logic, dynamic fields and your own branding.
Helpful Hint: Successful customers have seen the best results when offering incentives for their prospects to fill in the form (e.g. free e-book).
You will receive the data that is collected through a webform instantly within your dashboard, and any automations (e.g. autoemails) and integrations (e.g. into your Marketing Automation or CRM software) that are associated with the form will be triggered, ensuring that your leads are kept warm and are able to be acted upon by your Sales team quickly and effectively.

Importing Virtual Event Leads
Following a virtual event, you may also receive a spreadsheet of leads from the event organizer. You are now able to upload this spreadsheet of leads into an event within your dashboard.
The benefits of populating your leads into Integrate means you can keep all event lead data in your dashboard together, where you can search and manage it. More importantly, importing a spreadsheet of leads will also trigger your usual event workflows such as sending out any follow-up emails and/or sending the leads to your marketing automation or CRM software via your integrations.
