When monitoring post outs to your Marketing Automation or CRM system, you may discover that leads need to be reposted. Once you have rectified the issue, you can repost the data into the Source - this article shows how to do so.
Reposting leads to an integrated Marketing Automation or CRM system
You can only repost leads from the last 90 days. |
1. In a Source, go to the Integrations tab. Here you will see your integrated system (Marketo is shown here as an example).
2. Hover of the integration tile and click the Settings icon.
3. In the integration settings you will see:
- a Lead Status bar, which details the number of leads that have been successfully delivered.
- the number of leads that have failed to deliver.
- the number of leads that have never yet been delivered.
The Lead Status chart is only accurate for Marketo and Salesforce integrations. |

If you are posting out to a different system, such as Eloqua, Pardot or HubSpot (which use outbound forms or HTTP Raw), the Lead Status chart does not give an accurate view. |

If the Delivery Failed number is anything other than 0, then leads within the Source will need to be reposted. |
4. Click on the Repost Leads button.
5. In the modal, select how you would like to repost the leads: by selection or by lead ID upload.
You can only repost leads from the last 90 days. |
Repost leads by selection
Check Delivery Failed (and Never Delivered if appropriate), specify the date range (up to 90 days) and click Repost Leads.

Click Download Lead Template and add the lead data that needs to be reposted to your integrated system. Drop the file into the modal and click Upload.
If your system requires using semicolon as delimiters (typical for some European systems), click the toggle Use Semicolon as delimiters to enable.
6. The Lead Status bar will then show that leads are being sent to your integrated system.
7. Refresh the page and follow the above steps for your system to ensure all leads have successfully posted out.
Please allow up to 30 minutes for leads to be processed. This may be more for high volume data sets. |
