Use Integrate Event Lead Management to capture and qualify leads with a consistent approach across all of your events. Fully customizable and integrated with your existing systems to ensure event qualified leads are routed and followed up quickly and effectively, turning conversations into pipeline.
Processing your event qualified leads in the Demand Acceleration Platform allows you to add a layer of validation and additional routing rules to send clean data intelligently to your Marketing Automation or CRM system.
Event Lead Management data flow
Event qualified leads flow through three systems. Leads are captured in the Event Lead Management system and sent to the Demand Acceleration Platform where they are checked against acceptance criteria. From there, lead data is posted out to your integrated Marketing Automation or CRM system.

Getting started with Event Lead Management and the Demand Acceleration Platform
An overview of the process and workflow from initial connection to regular lead flow management, when using the Event Lead Management solution with the Demand Acceleration Platform.
1. Identify your key events team members
Within your team, determine who will be acting as your:
- Demand Acceleration Platform Power User(s)* - Responsible for building your Event Campaigns and Sources, this team member must have access to your Demand Acceleration Platform.
- Events Power User(s) - Responsible for building your Event forms, this team member must have the permissions and access in the Event Lead Management system.
- Mobile Users - The team who will be using the Integrate Events mobile app at events to collect leads.
2. Connect the Event Lead Management system with the Demand Acceleration Platform
Establish a connection between both systems. This is completed by your Demand Acceleration Platform Power User and Events Power User.
- In the Demand Acceleration Platform - generate a unique API key.
- In the Event Lead Management system - add integration and enter the API key.
Only done once to connect each Event Lead Management account to the corresponding Demand Acceleration Platform.

3. Build Event form in the Event Lead Management system
Setup Event template and form in the Event Lead Management system to prepare for collecting leads at events. This will be completed by your Events Power User before each event.

The Event template and form will inform how the Campaign and Source needs to be set up, so it is important that this step is completed before building in the Demand Acceleration Platform. |
4. Build Event Source in the Demand Acceleration Platform *
Set up an Event Campaign and Source in the Demand Acceleration Platform to process collected event leads. Here you can add validations and additional routing rules to send clean data intelligently to your Marketing Automation or CRM system. This will be completed by your Demand Acceleration Platform Power User before each event.

5. Map integration fields in the Event Lead Management system
Event Source setup in the Demand Acceleration Platform must be finalized before fields can be mapped in the Event Lead Management integration. |
Complete integration mapping of Event form fields to Event Source fields within the Event Lead Management system. This determines how lead data will flow into the Demand Acceleration Platform once collected Integrate Events mobile app. This will be completed by your Event Lead Management Power User before each event.

6. Test and confirm successful lead flow in all systems
In the Event Lead Management system: register a test lead in the mobile app or a web form.
In the Demand Acceleration Platform: check that the lead has been accepted in your Event Source. *
In your Marketing Automation or CRM system: check that the test lead has been received and routed successfully.
7. Collect event leads in the Integrate Events mobile app
Prepare your team for lead collection; ensure they have the latest app version and that the most recent lead capture forms have been synced to their devices. Read more about prepping your field team in Your pre-event checklist.

8. Manage your event lead flow *
Your Demand Acceleration Platform and Events Power Users monitor live lead flow: Event Lead Management system > Demand Acceleration Platform > Marketing Automation or CRM system.
