Frequently Asked Questions
Why is my Source is not appearing on the Sources page or in my search results?
Check your Source filters! Your Source may be in a status that is hidden (eg. Completed). By default, the Sources page will initially filter out Sources in the Completed, Paused and Archived statuses. You can adjust the filters to view Sources from other statuses.
Check your search spelling. The search functionality returns exact matches, so misspellings or additional spaces may be throwing off your results. If you are unsure of the exact wording, try using only part of the Source name to narrow down your results (eg. 'FY20Q4' instead of 'FY20Q4 Content Synd USCA').
Can I delete my Campaign/Source?
No. Deleting is not an option, however there are options to mark it as Paused, Archived or Completed depending on the Campaign/Source type and status. See the Campaign/Source status definitions section for details on the available statuses and actions available for each type of Campaign and Source.
