Adding content assets to the Asset Library
A note on the file structure of the Asset Library and using folders. You can use folders to help organize the files in the Asset Library. You can also create sub-folders to structure your content library. Sub-folder permissions will mirror those set for the parent folder. However once you've uploaded a content asset, the file cannot be moved. If you want a specific content asset to reside in a folder, you need to upload it inside the folder. To do this, either create a new folder first or click on an existing one to open it - and then click Upload File to proceed with the file upload. This also applies to file sharing - if you'd like a particular asset to be available to other users in your team and/or Media Partners, create or open a shared folder and upload the file there. |
