Use post outs to send lead data from the Demand Acceleration Platform to your Marketing Automation or CRM system.
Data is collected in a Source and then posted out to your system via methods including direct APIs and form posts.
To set up an integration, you need to first connect your Marketing Automation or CRM system to the Demand Acceleration Platform, before adding the integration to your Campaign/Source where you map the fields to enable data transfer.

Posting leads from the Demand Acceleration Platform into your Marketing Automation or CRM system
Below is an overview of the steps involved with setting up an integration, in order to post lead data from the Demand Acceleration Platform into your Marketing Automation or CRM system.
Access to your Marketing Automation or CRM system or collaboration with the system admin. There is some initial set-up required and you'll need to collect credentials that are specific to your Marketing Automation or CRM system. If you do not have access to the system, you'll need to collaborate with your admin team. |
1. Connect your Marketing Automation or CRM system to the Demand Acceleration Platform
This can be done in the Demand Acceleration Platform > Integration Hub.

2. Build your Campaign and Source(s) in the Demand Acceleration Platform *
Build a Campaign in the Demand Acceleration Platform to house your Sources. Then create Source(s) to collect and validate incoming lead data according to user-set criteria.
The process of building Campaigns/Sources will differ according to which channel you are using. For more detailed information, reference the specific channel section. |
The final step of building your Campaign/Source is setting up the Integrations tab and testing the integration prior to launch.

3. Manage your lead flow *
Once live, you can monitor the lead flow from your Sources through the Demand Acceleration Platform and into your Marketing Automation or CRM system. It is advisable to work with your system admin to ensure numbers are aligning and that leads are flowing successfully.
- There are several available reporting tools within the Demand Acceleration Platform to help ensure all clean and accurate data is flowing successfully.
