The ABM Advertising Insights Dashboard delivers rich, real-time insight into the performance of your ABM Advertising activities. Here you can access* a global view of engagement data to make informed, data-driven decisions and effectively allocate budget. Use the in-app widgets, filters and selection tools to focus your view, identify trends and monitor the performance of your campaigns.

Viewing the ABM Advertising Insights Dashboard
1. In the Demand Acceleration Platform, navigate to Insights.
2. Click on Dashboard to see an interactive view of your available channels data.
3. If you have access to other channels in the Demand Acceleration Platform and ABM Advertising data is not automatically visible, you can switch the view by clicking on the dropdown option at the top right of the screen.
Data widgets
The dashboard consists of interactive widgets, which you can use to customize the display of your data.
They consist of:
Widget | Description |
Impressions | Displays the number of times a creative asset has been served to Accounts. |
Clicks | Displays the number of times a creative asset has been clicked. |
Leads | Displays the number of leads from the Content Syndication efforts associated with your Integrated Media program. |
Click Through Rate | Displays the ratio of prospects who clicked on an asset to the total number of impressions. |
Unique Accounts | Displays the number of targeted Accounts within an Integrated Media program. |
Penetration Rate | Displays the number of accounts able to deliver impressions to / total number of accounts on your list. |
State of Engagement | A graph displaying the states of Account engagement (Awareness, Consideration, Action stages) over a set time period. |
Top 10 Accounts | A graph displaying the top 10 Accounts that engage with your ABM activities, split by Job Title. |
Top 10 Creatives | A graph displaying the top 10 Accounts that download assets, split by asset title. |
List | Displays the percentage split of impressions by target Account list. |
Job Title | A pie chart displaying the percentage split of job titles within Accounts who are engaged with your ABM activities. This displays groupings of more than 3%. |
Asset | A pie chart displaying the percentage split of asset titles that are being engaged with in your ABM activities. This displays groupings of more than 3%. |
Leads Table | A spreadsheet view of the dataset, displaying impressions, clicks and leads as they relate to individual Accounts. |
Filtering your data
You have a few options to efficiently filter your data and focus your view.
Filter by side panel
You can hide and display the side panel by clicking on the arrow tab.
The filters available are:

Sets the time period of the dataset to be analyzed.

Filter by one or multiple.

Filters the dataset by your connected ABM Advertising accounts (if applicable).

Filter by one or multiple.

Filters the dataset by your target Account list(s).

Asset |
Filter by one or multiple.

Filters the dataset by creative asset.

Filter by one or multiple.

Filters the dataset by Account engagement state.

Filter by one or multiple.

In the filter options side panel, use the arrow expander button to view the options for each filter.
Click the pencil icon to select, exclude and search for filterable items. Click OK to confirm your settings.
Save your current filter selections as your default by clicking the options menu and selecting Set as My Default Filters.
To reset to the default filter settings, click the refresh button at the top right of the panel.
To customize the view of your filters, you can change the order by clicking and dragging each filter type.
To switch off an active filter that's been set up, click the toggle button. The filter will go grey when it has been disabled.
Once you have applied filters, click Update to refresh the widgets and view the results.
Filter by left-click
Left-click on any graph bar or segment to filter the entire dashboard based on the data point clicked, the widgets will update in response.
To clear a left-click selection, click the Clear Selection icon at the top right of the widget.
Filter by right-click
Right-click on any data point to reveal a drill-down menu of more detailed performance metrics; the widgets will update in response.
To clear a right-click selection, click Clear Selection at the top left of the widget.
Combine left and right-click selections to reveal customized information in real time. |
Refreshing your data
Refresh the data displayed in widgets and sections by clicking the information (i) icon, then click the refresh button.
Downloading data
Download a screenshot of your widgets or a CSV file of the data by clicking the options icon.
