A Campaign Report provides a summary of data associated with each selected Campaign and is typically used to:
- Review the status and summary of leads delivered in each Campaign.
- Review a summary of leads that have been rejected in each Campaign.
- Confirm lead number alignment with all integrated inbound and outbound systems.
Access to some report types may be restricted within a user's permissions. You can read more about permissions in User Management Settings. If you are unsure about your permissions, speak with our Support team or your Customer Success Manager. |

Reading a Campaign Report
When you generate a Campaign Report in the Demand Acceleration Platform, you will receive an email prompt to download the report. Click the link to download the report in .csv spreadsheet format.
The dataset consists of:
- Data from leads uploaded to a Source(s).
- Demand Acceleration Platform data added when the associated Campaign/Source was created (see: the setup tabs in Build Basics).
- Systems data received from 3rd party inbound systems (ie. Social and Webinar integrations).
- Systems data received from API integrated outbound systems (Marketo or Salesforce).
- Automatically generated metadata by the Demand Acceleration Platform.
The type of data exported usually contains: Campaign Name, Total Campaign Goal, Average CPL, Total Campaign Payout.

Reporting start and end dates are in UTC and based on the leads' Updated Timestamp. When generating a report, be sure to select a timeframe that includes the data you are looking to collect or review. |
