We're excited to announce the introduction of single sign-on (SSO) to the Event Lead Management system. This is an opportunity for customers who already use an enterprise SSO solution to activate quick, secure access for all teams using the Event Lead Management system.
Enabling SSO with the Event Lead Management system is great because:
- Quick and convenient system access for the whole team - use the same credentials as those used with your other enterprise web and mobile apps. Get access to the Events dashboard and/or mobile app in just one click or tap.
- Automated user management - SSO eliminates the need to manage user accounts manually in the Event Lead Management system. Create new users in one place: with your Identity Provider (IdP).
- Enhanced security - manage accounts centrally via your IdP to securely grant or revoke user access.
- Bring your own IdP - connect the Event Lead Management system to major industry standard IdPs using a SAML protocol *.
* Identity Providers (IdPs) that use SAML protocols are supported.
- And for customers with subscriptions to multiple Integrate products, this is a significant step towards being able to switch seamlessly between the Demand Acceleration Platform and the Event Lead Management systems. Watch out for updates on these developments!
