Event leads can be edited in the mobile app after being submitted and in the dashboard once data has been synced. This article shows how you can edit leads in the dashboard and what they look like after being saved.

Editing Event lead data in the dashboard
1. Open an Event and click on the lead that you would like to edit.
2. Click Edit Record.
3. Modify the fields as needed and click Save Changes to finish editing the lead, or Discard All Changes to revert back to the last saved version.
Viewing edited lead versions
Leads that have been edited will create new versions each time they are saved. In the dashboard, you can identify leads that have been edited by the versions icon displayed next to the Added via column.
To view previous versions, open the lead and click on Current Version. This will display a drop-down menu listing all the versions that have been saved. You can click on each one to view.

What happens if I edit a lead in the mobile app that has already synced with the dashboard?
If you edit a lead in the mobile app, it will sync with the dashboard again when saved (and providing the device is connected to the internet).
What happens if I edit a lead that has already been sent to an integrated system?
If your Event is integrated with a Marketing Automation or CRM system - whenever a new version of a lead is saved, it will be resent to the connected system.
