Deleting lists is especially useful for Marketers who create and maintain substantial amounts of lists.
List types that can be deleted:
- General
- Domain
- Suppression
Lists that are associated with Sources that have processed leads cannot be deleted.
Deleting a List
1. From the Campaigns page of your dashboard, select the Lists tab.
2. Locate the List you would like to delete and click the ⋮
menu.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Delete List.
If the list has no associated Campaigns or Sources, you will see a confirmation that your list was deleted. If the list has an associated Campaign or Source, refer to steps 4-5 in the next section.
Deleting a List with associated Campaigns or Sources
1. From the Campaigns page of your dashboard, select the Lists tab.
2. Locate the List you would like to delete and click the ⋮
menu.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Delete List.
4. You will be presented with a confirmation modal giving you the option to download a list of associations before deleting the list.
Optional: Click here on the modal to download a list of associations with the list.
5. Click Delete List to proceed with the list deletion.
If you are deleting a General List the associated fields in your Campaigns or Sources will also be deleted. |
5. You will be prompted with an additional Delete List Confirmation modal. Click Delete to finalize the list deletion.

How do I determine which user deleted a list?
It is not revealed in the application which user deleted a list. Please contact support@integrate.com for further assistance.
How do I restore a deleted list?
Once a list is deleted it cannot be restored in the application. Please contact support@integrate.com for further assistance.
What types of lists can be deleted?
General, Domain, and Suppression lists can be deleted. System lists cannot be deleted.
Will deleting a Domain or Suppression list delete their associated email fields?
No. Only the checkmarks for those validation options on the associated email fields will be removed.
What does the message "Unable to remove list due to leads being processed against it." mean?
The list you are trying to delete is associated with a Source that has processed leads. This list cannot be deleted.
