Manage access rights to your account easily from the ListenLoop dashboard.
Need to add users to your account? No problem! ListenLoop supports two user-types and two permission sets.
Start by navigating to the Organization settings page, like this:
In the Organization page, click on the button "Add New Member", which will open a modal window, like this:
Add your teammates email address, first name, last name, user type, and permissions. Then click on the "Invite" button. ListenLoop will send that teammate a welcome email, along with their credentials.
Supported User Types:

Admin: can edit or delete any teammates.

Regular: can access, setup, and edit campaigns, but cannot edit or delete teammates.
Supported Permissions:

Full-Access: can access and edit campaigns.

View-Only: may view data but cannot make any campaign changes.
