How to use the Events Insights dashboard
The Events Insights Dashboard delivers real-time insight into the performance of events your team attend, including tradeshows, exhibitions and other in-person events.
You can access a view of historical event activity data across your account to make well-informed, data-driven decisions about the performance of your events over time. Use the interactive charts to filter and hone the data selection and identify important trends over periods of time.
* The Events Insights Dashboard is available to Demand Acceleration Platform customers who have purchased an Events solution.
For questions or inquiries, please speak with your Customer Success Manager.

Filtering data on the dashboard
The dashboard is split into two sections:
-
Lifetime summary - a report across all events, since the account was created
-
Activity summary - for which you can select a custom reporting period
You can drill-down into the data shown using the date selector, or by clicking on any part of any chart shown on the dashboard.
Downloading images and raw data
Download an image of your charts or the raw data in a CSV file by clicking the triple dots icon in the top right of any chart or table.
Printing the dashboard
Use the links provided to print the two sections of the page independently, in a format designed to be printer-friendly.
Frequency of updates
The data that feeds these views refreshes roughly every two hours.
Why doesn’t the event or lead count in Events Insights exactly match the number of events listed in my dashboard?
The Insights dashboard only shows data for events that have already ended (using the end date), so please note leads captured at events that are ongoing will not show in the Insights.
Also note that the data refreshes frequently but is not real-time, please see the section Frequency of updates (above, in this help article).
I’m using Safari browser or Chrome Incognito mode, why can’t I see any data?
At this time, we do not support Insights on Safari, please use Chrome or Firefox instead.
If you wish to use Chrome, it must not be set to block third party cookies. Incognito mode disables these by default, so you need to change this in Chrome’s settings.
