The Insights Dashboard delivers rich, real-time insight into the performance of your marketing campaign activities. Using the Webinar Dashboard, you can monitor the progress and performance of your efforts as you capture Webinar engagements.

In order to view Webinar Dashboard data, you must have active Webinar Connectors and Webinar Campaigns configured in the Demand Acceleration Platform. Refer to the guides below for more information.

About the Insights Webinar Dashboard
The Webinar Dashboard allows you to see your leads' performance by showcasing data points around each Webinar and its related leads.
The Webinar dashboard shows the following data points:
- Total lead count
- Accepted lead count
- Rejected lead count
- Leads by month
- Campaigns with third-party Webinar integrations
- Webinar names
As well as the following lead-based information:
- Account
- Job Level
- Job Function
- Location
Viewing the Insights Webinar Dashboard
1. In the Demand Acceleration Platform, navigate to Insights.
2. Click on Dashboard to see an interactive view of your available channels data.
3. You can switch between channel data by clicking on the drop-down option at the top right of the screen. Select the Webinar channel.

Data widgets
The Webinar dashboard consists of interactive widgets, which you can use to customize the display of your data.
Widgets consist of:
Widget | Description |
Total Leads | The total number of leads processed within your Demand Acceleration Platform. |
Accepted Leads | The number of leads that currently exist with the status of Accepted. |
Rejected Leads | The number of leads that currently exist with the status of Rejected. |
Leads by Month | The number of all leads (Accepted + Rejected) that have been uploaded to your platform, displayed by month. This data comes from the 'Updated Timestamp' of the lead. |
Campaigns | Campaigns that have been set up with third-party Webinar integrations. |
Webinar Event | Webinar events set up in third-party Webinar integrations. |
Webinar Integration | The Webinar integrations that exist in your Demand Acceleration Platform. |
Accepted V Rejected | A comparison of accepted and rejected leads. |
Accounts | The accounts (companies) that leads have come from. |
Job Level | Pulls from the lead's 'Job Level' field uploaded (if applicable). |
Job Function | Pulls from the lead's 'Job Function' field uploaded (if applicable). |
Region | A map display of the top geographical location of leads in the platform pulls from the lead's standard 'Country' field uploaded. Larger circles represented a higher number of leads. |
Filtering your data
You have a few options to efficiently filter your data and focus your view:
Filter by side panel
You can hide and display the side panel by clicking on the arrow tab.
In the filter options side panel, use the arrow expander button to view the options for each filter.
Click the pencil icon to select, exclude and search for filterable items.
Save your current filter selections as your default by clicking the options menu and selecting Set as My Default Filters.
To reset to the default filter settings, click the refresh button at the top right of the panel.
To customize the view of your filters, you can change the order by clicking and dragging each filter type.
To switch off an active filter that's been set up, click the toggle button.
The filter will go grey when it has been disabled.
Filter by left-click
Left-click any graph bar or segment to filter the entire dashboard based on the data point clicked.
To clear a left-click selection, click Clear Selection at the top right of the widget.
Filter by right-click
Right-click on any data point to reveal a drill-down menu of more detailed performance metrics.
To clear a right-click selection, click the X button at the top left of the widget.
Combine left and right-click selections to reveal customized information in real-time. |
Refreshing your data
Refresh the data displayed in widgets and sections by clicking the information (i) icon, then click the refresh button.
Downloading data
Download data by clicking ⋮
within one of your widgets or sections and selecting Download.
You will have the option to select either a screenshot Image of your widgets and sections or a CSV File.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I map the lead fields from my Webinar connector to the fields available in the Webinar dashboard?
Yes. Once a source is set up from a Webinar connector, you will have the option to Map those fields to the Standard fields in the Demand Acceleration Platform.
Can I add other field values to the Webinar dashboard?
Not at this time. We encourage you to submit a feature request with our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager.
Can I add a third-party Webinar software tool that is not in the Demand Acceleration Platform Integration hub?
Not at this time. We encourage you to submit a feature request with our Support Team or your Customer Success Manager.
